FeaturePlus HOSTED TELEPHONY
FeaturePlus is a hosted telephony solutions designed for both the small office and home office and Telinet particularly recommends it for small offices of up to 8 extensions. It allows you to administer and control the telephony (including calling and network features) as you need to through an online control panel.
If you are not confident doing this then we can provide this service to you for a small fee.
The service can either be provided with analogue phones or IP phones, depending on your preferences and size of offices.

FeaturePlus can be use with either analogue phones or IP Phones. The hardware comes pre-configured from Telinet and is delivered and ready to use in a matter of days, not weeks. The 'On Screen' interface opens up access into a brand new world where your customers are in control of what happens to their telephone calls - be it handling inbound calls or managing how calls are made.
Calls are routed over a broadband connection to the Telinet network, so you will benefit from our lower calling costs. With the free calls from site to site, and reduced line rentals you will see a significant call costs.
