Telinet is one of only a small
number of Service Providers who can offer network access
via the BT network. As Telinet can bill for line rentals
as well as calls, we can offer customers a single consolidated
bill for calls and access, hence we significantly reduce
the numbers of bills a customer has to process.
Gone are the days when you could only get your lines installed
and billed by BT, Telinet can now do this on your behalf
and manage the process along the way. We can give you innovative
rental and call billing solutions, manage the ordering,
installation, service and ongoing billing for calls and
line rental of these solutions.
Our service types are detailed below; if you already have
one of the services with BT we can transfer your service
free of charge and with minimal delay.
Analogue
Single analogue lines: Generally used for faxes, single
phone lines, modems or PDQ machines. Generally not connected
to a telephone system.
Multi Analogue lines: Used as back up to ISDN30e lines on
telephone systems or as the main lines on older small key-systems.

Digital - ISDN2e
ISDN2e standard circuit: A single ISDN2e circuit that
delivers two digital exchange lines and is used in for data
transfer when connected to a PC/Server, ISDN faxes, routers
and videoconferencing units.
ISDN2e system circuits: Delivers a minimum of two digital
exchange lines and is available in multiples of two lines
up to a maximum of 30. A direct dial number range can work
over the circuit and the service is primarily used to provide
connectivity to ISDN2e compatible telephone systems.

Digital - ISDN30e
ISDN30e: A single ISDN circuit that delivers up to 30 digital
exchange lines. ISDN30e is the primary rate ISDN access service,
which provides high-speed connections via a minimum of eight
digital channels delivering voice and data through fibre,
microwave or copper over the public network. Call connections
are virtually instantaneous which saves time and money and
improves business efficiency. Interconnections with private
networks are feasible.

Care Packs
ISDN30e comes with Prompt Care maintenance as standard.
Prompt Care operates from 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank & Public holidays.
Total Care operates 24 Hours per day, 7 days a week including Bank and Public Holidays.
BT will respond within 4 hours of receipt of a fault report but this does not apply to faults, which do not immediately affect the use of equipment by the customer. If the fault is not cleared during this period, BT will advise the
customer of progress being made to clear the fault via the contact.
Telinet Limited recommends that you upgrade to BT Total Care for all business critical telephone lines.
The cost of Total Care on ISDN30 is £3.00 per month per channel.
The cost of Total Care on ISDN2e and Analogue is £4.40 per month per channel.
NB: All new circuits are subject to a minimum of 12 months contract as per BT.
