Billing and Call Management
On of the major benefits of Telinet's service is the management
information it is able to provide clients to help them control
their call costs. Telinet have invested in AccountABillity
which is one of the most state of the art multimedia billing
platforms available. This technology allows Telinet to deliver
its customers a range of options:
Web Billing
If call information is required before the bill arrives, these
reports are available on the Telinet Web billing site. Call
detail information is usually updated daily and the web site
also includes a powerful call analysis tool. There is no need
to purchase separate call management software.

Management by exception
One of the most powerful value added features of Telinet's
service, is the ability for a client to proactively manage
the telephony. Customers can set up alert criteria via the
Telinet Billing Website.

Calls over £2-00
Made after 18:00
By extension 204
Or
Calls made to 07973224123 or 02083412237
By extension 218
A customer can set up as many different alert criteria as
they wish. When the criteria is met, Telinet will email the
customer a report showing what has happened.
Standard Reports
Telinet offers excellent management reporting, which comes
free as part of the monthly telephone bill. The reporting
is distributed via email in PDF format . Each customer would
normally receive the following reports:
· Local call analysis
· National call analysis
· Mobile call analysis
· International call analysis
· 30 most expensive calls
· 30 most frequently dialled numbers
· 30 longest duration calls
· Complete itemised call list (CSV format)

Department /Extension Reports
If a customers PBX can support Extension level analysis,
Telinet have developed a range of management reports to break
calls down by site, department (cost centre) and even by individual
user. If Telinet also provide the mobile billing, this information
can be combined with landline calls on a single extension
analysis report.

Enhanced Reports
Telinet also offer a range of specialist reports to help
clients better understand their call patterns. Reports such
as concurrent inter-site calls can be used to justify other
technologies such as voice over IP.
