1st Contact Case Study
1st Contact is one of the leading financial and business service providers in the UK,
specialising in assisting expatriates and British professionals. When Telinet first started
working with 1st Contact they had three sites around London, with an INDeX in each with
a central auto attendant. This was answering phones for all of the sites, and passing on the
calls as appropriate.

Eden Brown Case Study
Eden Brown is a professional recruitment consultant offering training and consultancy, who
works across the private and public sector. They have recently gone through a period of
intense growth. They were looking for a telecoms company to consolidate all communications
across the current offices and to support further growth. At the time Eden Brown had BT
phone lines, least cost routing with another supplier and a mixture of TDM telephone systems
across the various sites.
Telinet has consolidated all the telephony, migrated the lines and supplies the call traffic. In
addition, Telinet manages the system maintenance, giving Eden Brown one point of contact
for all their telephony needs.

Zara Case Study
Telinet started working with Zara UK and Ireland in 2000, originally to provide a maintenance
service for the Avaya INDeX Telephone System, located in the Head Office.
Zara is part of the larger Inditex Group, within which Telinet also works with Pull & Bear, Zara
Home and Massimo Dutti. From the initial consultation Telinet developed the relationship and
the solutions it supplied to provide a fully outsourced telecoms offering. As Zara began to
increase the number of stores Telinet was chosen as a business partner providing a wide
range of telecoms services, with one point of contact for ease of management.

Regent’s College Case Study
Regent’s College is a private federal institute situated in the beautiful Regent’s Park in central
London, only 15 minutes walk from the financial centre, the West End and many other
attractions in the city.
The college comprises four institutions of higher education: the British American College
London, the European Business School, the School of Psychotherapy and the Webster
Graduate School for American MA and MBA’s.
Home to 1,500 full time students representing over 106 nationalities and 600 staff, each
college operates as a separate entity; however, being located on the same campus, the
institutions share facilities and services such as HR, finance and administration.
