Direct Marketing Executive/Sales Support

Basic Salary of £18k, £7k OTE & 5% commission on all new GP (>£30k)

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience and a successful track record of self generating new business appointments and sales support for a fast moving voice & data specialist.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting Telinet’s services by phone, email, fax and letter
  • Reaching monthly targets of 20 appointments for sales team
  • Ensuring that all appointment leads are updated daily onto database and passed to your Manager on a daily basis.
  • Attending regular weekly team / monthly department meetings
  • Managing your own data, ensuring regular contact is made with the customer and keeping Telinet in the forefront
  • Liaising and supporting Advisers as necessary to close new business
  • Building credibility with customers by understanding their business and requirements
  • Ensuring all customer data is updated accurately and daily onto Database
  • Attending training courses to ensure product knowledge and techniques are kept to a high level
  • Dealing with quotes on behalf of the sales team
  • Dealing directly with the client, producing your own quotes
  • Placing orders on the Database
  • Chasing client issues
  • Chasing technical questions
In return for successful completion of these responsibilities, the chosen candidate will receive full sales skills, network services and manufacturer training on the entire Telinet voice and data portfolio in both classroom and “hands on” environments.

Telinet will provide contributory pension and excellent company benefits, subject to a successful probation period of 6 months.
