In November last year Avaya announced the INDeX system was now 'end of life' meaning Avaya will no longer be manufacturing new hardware or software, making it difficult for you to grow the system in the future. Telinet will continue to support the INDeX for as long as Avaya does, however we want to make sure you are aware of alternatives.
